Sorry, it is not possible to recover a deleted account. However, you can make a new account with new details including a new email address, IP address, FaucetPay address, username, etc
Not all referrals are listed on the referrals page. Referrals with unconfirmed emails, or who never logged in, or with 0 claims (or related activities) are not listed.
