Terms of Service

1) User Account

  1. Passwords are stored and encrypted in an irreversible format in our database. Passwords should be kept safe and we are not liable for any loss of accounts.
  2. You are not allowed to register or use your account through a proxy, VPN, Lan Group, Internet cafe, etc.
  3. You are not allowed to create or use multiple accounts, use fake info or share your payment processors with other members.
  4. You are not allowed to log into more than one account on the same computer or using the same IP address. This includes family, friends, co-workers as well as accessing your account on public places/computers.
  5. You are not allowed to use any VPS or proxy server to access or use this website. We expect you to use this website from your personal device, using your real IP address. If you use VPS or proxy server, your payout request will be rejected and your account will be suspended.
  6. Any attempts to overload our server will lead to permanent suspension of your account.
  7. If you bring -directly or indirectly- any kind of prejudicial to our website, the owner or the staff members, it will result in permanent suspension of your account.
  8. If you do not log in for more than 30 days, you will start losing 50 Bits every day until you log in again or your account balance goes to 0.

2) Referrals

  1. You are allowed to refer an unlimited number of members.
  2. Your referrals must be unique, have their owns e-mail addresses, real names, etc...
  3. We do not allow using services that sell referrals. Our team will check and if you break this rule, this will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
  4. You agree not to be compensated by the loss of any referrals referred by inactivity, as they may either be deleted or suspended for inactivity.
  5. You are never allowed to change your upline who will remain private.
  6. You must log in every day to receive referral commissions. If you are not active for more than 24 hours, you will not receive any commissions from your referrals until you log in again.

3) Payments & Purchase

  1. All your orders are final and non-refundable.
  2. All payments should be done through our website only.
  3. Rewards' amount may be reviewed/updated due to Bitcoin price fluctuations.
  4. We reserve the right to check any withdrawal request for compliance purposes. This includes, but not limited to suspected activities such as cheating and money laundering.
  5. If you have recently registered, or had registered earlier but have just started your activity on GraB.TC, in case you earn from offerwalls (except the PTC walls such as Bitswall and SkippyAds), your withdrawal request may take longer than the standard time. This is to mitigate the risk of possible chargebacks. Also, multiple chargeback reports for your account will also delay your payment and in case of too many chargebacks, your account may be suspended.

4) Advertisement

  1. Advertisements can not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
  2. Advertisements can not contain any frame breakers.
  3. Advertisements must be in English.
  4. Advertisements can not contain or promote any viruses.
  5. Advertisements can not contain any kind of background mining systems.
  6. We reserve the right to suspend any advertisement found in violation of our ToS, without providing any kind of refund.

5) Refund Policy

  1. The purchase of advertisements is non-refundable.
  2. The purchase of banner ads is non-refundable.
  3. The purchase of any membership upgrades is non-refundable.

6) Anticheat & Account Suspension

  1. You should know that each time you want to do a "fishy" and "happy" thing, our system will save this log.
  2. You should know that if you try to do a "hack", "sql injection", "xss passthrough" or any other "happy" things, this will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
  3. You must not Interfere with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
  4. We reserve the right to suspend your account for any valid reason based on our ToS, or anything related to it.
  5. If your account is suspended for any reason, you can not ask for a refund as your account will be wiped out (including stats and referrals)
  6. You may not create or use any type of robots, or another program to automate the process of clicking.
  7. You are not allowed to use any proxy or VCC to complete any offers available on our offerwalls.
  8. Questions that have already been answered in the terms or FAQ, and the upgrade page, such as:
    - When will my withdrawal be processed?
    - What is the minimum cashout?
    - When would you pay if I request now?

    will not be responded. If you send a ticket asking any of the above questions, or any other obvious questions similar to them, you will receive the following penalties:
    - For the first time, your account balance will be removed as a penalty, without any refunds.
    - For the second time, your referrals will also be removed.
    - For the third time, your account will be suspended.

7) Liability

  1. We will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly caused by us and therefore are beyond our control.
  2. We will not be held responsible for any of our users, advertisers or advertisements, this includes every third party company we depend on.
  3. We are not responsible for any of your tax liabilities on what you receive from us. It is your responsibility to declare what you have received and to pay your country's taxes.
  4. We -upon request- can suspend your account if you do not agree with our terms.
  5. We are not responsible for the profit/loss of the investments you make.
  6. We are not responsible for the activity of any referrals, and that you are fully aware of this when you buy them or refer them to our website.
  7. We have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or updated terms.
